Customer Reviews
Always reliable for equipment!
Used a 15% off voucher at checkout for my new spa bed this time, and as usual, Natural Living delivered promptly. This is my third large purchase from them, and the consistency in service, compared to trying other places like Beauty Express, is why I keep coming back.
Decent chair, shipping could improve
I bought a salon chair for my home studio. The chair itself is quite good, feels sturdy and the hydraulic lift works smoothly. It took a full 8 days to get to my place in Florida, which felt a bit long for a single item, even a heavy one. The packaging was a little beat up on one corner, but thankfully the chair wasn't damaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, which was a plus. For the price, it's a solid piece of equipment, but they could probably get chairs out the door a bit faster.
Fast delivery, quality item
Ordered a saddle stool. It came quickly. Product is good quality and comfortable. No issues.
Great value on a facial steamer
I was looking for a new facial steamer and found Natural Living during their Spring Refresh sale. I usually shop around a lot to get the best deal. This one was marked down about 20%, which made it much more affordable than others I'd seen. Shipping wasn't free, but even with that, it was still a better price point. It arrived in about a week, packaged well. The steamer works perfectly, and I feel like I got a really good deal for the quality. Definitely worth it for anyone on a budget looking for salon equipment.
Good portable massage table
I got the portable massage table last month for my side gig. It arrived pretty fast, took like 4 days to get to me in Oregon. Setup was easy enough, even for me who isn't really handy. It feels sturdy when clients are on it, which is good. Overall, I'm happy with it. It folds up nicely too so it's not a pain to carry around for home visits.

Hey, wondering how long it usually takes for one of the portable massage tables to arrive? I'm in Manchester and need it for a client next week.
Natural Living vs. Massage Warehouse for a new portable table? Any thoughts on which is better overall?
Are the massage tables from Natural Living good quality? Like, are they sturdy enough for daily professional use or more for occasional stuff?
How easy is it to return something like a saddle stool if it's not quite right? Their policy seems a bit vague on the site.
Thinking of getting a new electric massage bed but the upfront cost is a bit much. Do they have any payment plans or anything like that?
